<DIV> With all these good leads coming in for seed orchard sites,I think we need a person to be the point of contact for seed orchard development. I'd prefer not to wait till the spring meeting,so since he has shown a lot of interest in seed orchard development, I've asked John Meikeljohn to take this on. John will be the person we can direct Seed Orchard site leads to, and with all of your input, develop a list of basic requirement for seed orchard sites. Like in 2001 with BC3 orchards, we, as a chapter will have to turn the seed orchard plans from national into a plan that is workable for us here in Mass. Since he lives in western Ma, he may need our help in checking out sites in the eastern part of the state, help him out if you can.</DIV>
