[MassChestnutOrchards] Warm year equals early chestnut flowers!

I just looked up the "growing degrees" at Westerly, RI and compared this
year to last.

The cumulative growing degrees through this date last year were only 395;
this year they are 567.

To get approximately equal growing degree days, the dates to use are:

6/26/2009   565 GDD
6/14/2010   567 GDD
Westerly, RI
