VERY badly worded (misleading)
Starting several years ago (as noted correctly) it became required to
file SOMETHING even if below the threshold for filing the 990-EZ
($25,000). A new "from" called the 990-N was introduced. I put form in
quotes because this is an "electronic postcard". You go to a site, first
time you have to register and select a password, then you fill out the
"card", submit it, and receive confirmation. In subsequent years you log
in with ID and password, fill in the card, and submit.
We're OK. I was going to mention which filings were complete and which
still need to be submitted (I'll collect signatures I need for the MA
Form PC at the meeting but that's not due till May 15th
Michael
