Dear All,
 
With the annual meeting just a little more than 6 weeks away, we would like to compile a list of state chapters and individuals that would like to have a display at the meeting.  If you need a table or display area at the hotel, please let me know by Thursday, September 24.  Space for displays is limited and, as in the past, the hotel will not allow any items to be taped, stapled, hung, etc. from the walls or ceiling.  If you have a rough idea of how much space you will need and/or the number of tables, that would be helpful to know as well.
