Hello folks,

It's that time of year again!  Please let me know ASAP if you are not interested in continuing in your current position as a Board Member or Officer.

You can email me at:  Yvonne_Federowicz at brown.edu, no need to email the whole list for all responses.

Also, if anyone would like to NOMINATE ADDITIONAL Board Members and/or Officers, please let me know ASAP.  Candidates need to be able to attend meetings regularly so that we can make voting quorums, as well as being interested in helping further the goals of MATACF.

We will need to suspend the bylaws temporarily to re-elect anyone with a “2001” near their name below, similarly to what we did last autumn.

Note:  we are losing two long-term Board members who have given wonderful service to chestnut restoration.  This means that two Board positions are open, should we decide to fill them.
