Hello - this is a draft of what I've put together for the Annual Meeting business portion on 11/15/09.  There may be more that other are putting together, this is my contribution.  Please double-check!

     There will be four items voted on during the Annual Meeting of MATACF on November 15, 2009 by the Board of Directors.


Last Year this Amendment to our Bylaws was passed: 'Board votes to amend 4.2 of Bylaws by adding the following phrase to the last sentence", provided that the Board for good cause may suspend the term limits for specific board members." '

1. Suspend term limits for the re-election of the following Board members : John Emery, Mike Novack, Rufin Van Bossuyt, Charlotte Zampini

Board size will effectively down by 1 to 19 from 20 if all nominated are elected, but it was decided at the October 2009 Quarterly Meeting to leave the maximum Board size at 20 in the Bylaws.

2. Vote on Slate of Director positions that are expiring as of 1/1/2010 as well as officers.
