As president and treasurer, you both need to take the next step in the process of ordering the orchard signs.

Attached is the order quote from Daphne.  I have reviewed it and find it accurate and complete.  They need a deposit for 50% [1/2 of $1,686.00 = $843.00] of the cost before starting the work.  Please make the check out to Sealand Graphics.  Also print out the Order Form, sign it, and return it with the check to
