Hi Jamie -

Regarding the upcoming MA Chapter mtg, I have an item to add to the agenda.  In past seasons I have used Round-up to control the weeds and maximize the fertilizer benefit for the chestnuts.  Up to now I have covered this cost myself.  I'd like to discuss and maybe have a vote on whether or not to reimburse orchard managers for weed control during the growing season.  Please add this to the agenda.  Thanks.

Also, I note I'm on the agenda regarding my newly acquired role as coordinator/facilitator of new seed orchard plots.  I'm not aware that there has been any activity on this front as yet for me to follow up on.  Is there someone to contact or something you need me to do prior to the meeting that I've overlooked.  Is there an email action item I overlooked?
